• 4 pitted medjool dates
• 2 ripe bananas (frozen)
• 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
• 1 tbsp flax seeds
• 1 cup frozen blueberries (or strawberries)
• 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or water
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
• 1 scoop berry protein powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
