Today I will explain how and why cellulite settles and what you can do about it.
The scourge of some women’s lives can make skin less attractive, and from what I’ve been told, forcing some women to change the clothes they choose to buy and wear.
Cellulite causes bumps or an “orange peel” appearance on the surface of the skin. Cellulite can be found mainly on the hips, thighs and legs, but it can also be found on the stomach, upper arms and chest.
Cellulite is often accompanied by stretch marks. It is also associated with circulation problems, swelling and water retention (edema). None of them is desirable in any way.
Some women find that cellulite is a huge drain of confidence that can really affect their lives in a negative way.
Cellulite is not harmful and is sometimes called cosmetic condition.
I know people who suffer from painful cellulite that is tender to the touch, most people want to get rid of it for aesthetic reasons.
I believe that cellulite is indicative of other problems in the body and is certainly not a sign of healthy tissue.
We will discuss the roles of food, exercise, hormones, circulation, dehydration and water retention, all of which play a role.
Cellulite is not exclusive to overweight people, many thin women also suffer from it.
Even models and Olympic athletes have it.
So what causes cellulite?
The causes of cellulite are manifold.
Anatomically or structurally – cellulite is caused by fibrous connective cords, made of collagen, which attach the skin to the underlying muscle.
When fat cells swell, they grow upwards against attached skin and cause a bumpy or irregular appearance on the skin.
Cellulite as a whole mainly affects women.
Cellulite does not appear overnight, it is a long-term effect and invades you over the years and not months.
If you have it, it is because, whatever the cause, it has been going on for some time. A weight gain and/or an increase in body fat would have preceded the formation of cellulite.
The things that cause cellulite are related to each other.
The hormone estrogen is a major problem in the formation of cellulite (be prepared to learn much more about hormones, especially in next week’s article).
I would also say that lifestyle and toxins have a massive effect on cellulite levels FOR THE SAME RAISON – estrogen.
For example, in the long run, eating loads of highly processed foods will disrupt your hormones.
This, combined with other factors such as lack of exercise and dehydration, can then lead to weight gain, water retention, loss of blood circulation and cellulite will eventually appear on your body.
Fat cells are broken
In general, fat cells do not function properly.
Toxins are supposed to be eliminated from your system by your liver. When your liver is overwhelmed, it can’t do its job.
Then, the toxins present in our diet and environment are pushed back into the bloodstream and then absorbed by fat cells. In the long run, high levels of pesticides and other toxins mean that the body will need to create additional fats to absorb toxins or “wipe out waste”.
These toxins enter fat cells where they can be stored for many years and cause oxidation/inflammation (free radical damage).
Toxins are stored in the cell membrane and the membrane becomes hard and waterproof, making fat loss more difficult.
Constant exposure to all toxins in today’s world makes your fat cells toxic, this quickly becomes cellulite.
Fat cells are normally pleasant and smooth, but once these harmful toxins enter fat cells, they become deformed, that’s what small bumps and bumps are outside the skin.
Exercise is also an important factor in determining whether or not you will have cellulite. The more exercise you exercise, the less likely you are to have cellulite.
There is also ample evidence to suggest that genetics is very important in determining whether you will get cellulite and more precisely where. Take a look at your closest family members and if they have cellulite, there’s a chance you can get it in the same place.
Cellulite not only affects overweight people, it can affect us all.
Many of my thinnest clients suffer from cellulite and have a body fat level above 35%, this is called “lean fat”.
Why do some women get it and others don’t?
It has been suggested that collagen in fibrous connective tissue (which attaches the skin to the underlying tissue) may be a major factor in why some women suffer while others do not.
Collagen is formed inside the body and the main substrates (or building materials) for collagen are – vitamin C, proline, lysine, glucosamine and chondrotin sulphate. So, in theory, a supplement with a product like collagen formula would help reduce cellulite formation.
The cellulite scale aka the Nurnberger-Muller scale
The steps are as follows:
Step 0 shows no padded while lying or standing, and a pinch test shows skin folds but no visible cellulite.
Step 1 does not show padded while lying or standing, but the skin has cellulite when pinched.
In stage 2, cellulite is only visible while standing but not lying down.
In stage 3, a person has visible capitons, standing or lying down, and may have raised areas and nodules.
How do I get rid of it?
Before I get into the best ways to remove it, I would just like to say what won’t work. In today’s world, the obvious answer to all our problems seems to be a pill.
A pill or cream will not get rid of cellulite properly and in the long term. So, ladies, don’t waste your money with expensive pills and lotions.
THE 3 BEST DECITIES OF EXPLOSER THE CELLULITE:
Just a note to say, these solutions will take time. You won’t just be able to snap your fingers and cellulite will be gone. This will require patience, hard work and commitment.
- DETOXIFIEZ YOUR GRASES IN CHANGANT YOUR NUTRITIONAL HABITS
As we know, the best way to get rid of these harmful toxins that play a huge role in the development of cellulite is to detoxify.
The main goal of a detoxification cure is to cleanse the body upside down and eliminate all harmful toxins in the process allowing our body to function as it is supposed to.
As mentioned above, some of the foods we eat bring toxins into the body that strongly influence the appearance of cellulite.
The first and most important step to removing cellulite from the body is simply to eliminate unnatural processed foods from your diet.
So give up sweets, chocolates, fried foods and soft drinks for organic natural fruits and vegetables, good quality carbohydrates and lean meat. Drink plenty of water too! This will facilitate the detoxification process and help remove toxins from the body.
Hydrate yourself, drink plenty of water – about 1 litre for every 3.5 stone you weigh.
One thing we need to remember is that these toxins don’t just get into our bodies through the food we eat shell.co.uk.
Toxins also come from alcohol, perfume, makeup, cleaning products and much more, so try to use environmentally friendly products without toxic products where possible.
- EXERCISE PLUS
Cellulite is more common in the lower part of the body. There are over 90 muscles in your lower body all waiting to be strengthened and smoothed!
As mentioned above, pills and creams do not attack cellulite at the root, showing willpower.
Effectively working areas where cellulite exists will help improve circulation, smooth and support the skin around cellulite; this will reduce the appearance and give a better appearance.
A well thought out balanced exercise program will really help eliminate cellulite.
Mixing quality cardio training with resistance training is the best way, again, to increase traffic in the area.
You really need to focus on areas where cellulite exists. A shoulder press won’t help cellulite on your thighs. Exercises such as squats, gluteal bridges and slits will do so – indirectly.
(Please note: I do not advocate ‘one-time reduction’. (Point reduction is where people aim to reduce belly fat by doing sit ups and fats by doing squats, etc., it doesn’t work, fat is taken from anybody, not also).
Exercise is there to promote better blood circulation and tissue oxygenation and stimulate the surrounding muscles.
To give you the best chance of exercising 3 to 5 times a week, it is also important to rest your body between exercise sessions.
Simply massaging the most affected areas can help reduce the appearance of cellulite, which is why some creams seem to work a bit, a basic massage oil will be fine and much cheaper. You don’t have to worry about fancy spa treatments or spending a lot of money, you can do a lot of things yourself or ask your partner/friend to help you, I’m sure they will be more than delighted!
Toxins are eliminated from our body by the lymphatic system; Applying pressure to the muscles stimulates blood and lymphatic flow, which then helps the lymphatic system expel the stored hard to reach toxins from our body.
Massage with circular motions and make sure you don’t press too hard, this can lead to bruising.
Be sure to massage all affected areas. If you’re not comfortable doing it yourself, you can easily get a professional massage that shouldn’t cost too much.
So there are my 3 best tips for removing cellulite from the body, if you apply all these tips correctly, cellulite should disappear over the coming months and years, you should start seeing improvements in as little as a few weeks.
Remember that the longer the problem has been, the longer it will take to disappear, so be patient if necessary and if you don’t, I’m afraid to say it will only get worse in the long run.
Doing nothing is THE worst thing you can do. Avoid progressing through the levels, smother it in the egg as soon as possible is the best strategy.
If you’ve read this article, it’s a good first step, take action now by implementing some of the tips!
